  1. Primero. Poner en conocimiento de los ciudadanos que a continuacion se senala, por intermedio del Juzgado 25 Penal del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota D.C., la nulidad saneable derivada de no haberseles notificado la iniciacion de la presente accion de tutela, advirtiendoles que, si la alegan dentro de los tres (3) dias siguientes a la notificacion de este auto, se declarara la nulidad de lo actuado a partir del auto admisorio y se tramitara nuevamente la tutela, con plena observancia de las garantias propias del debido proceso, y que, si no la alegan, la nulidad quedara saneada y el proceso continuara su curso:
